Cette salle de cin\u00e9ma priv\u00e9e r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 Saint-Tropez illustre le savoir-faire d\u2019OCINEMA dans la conception d\u2019espaces cin\u00e9ma haut de gamme destin\u00e9s aux villas, r\u00e9sidences principales et r\u00e9sidences secondaires de prestige.<\/p>

Am\u00e9nag\u00e9e dans un sous-sol de 47 m\u00b2, elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 pens\u00e9e comme une v\u00e9ritable salle de projection priv\u00e9e, o\u00f9 l\u2019acoustique, l\u2019image, le son, le confort et la d\u00e9coration ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9s conjointement.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

La salle int\u00e8gre \u00c9PIDAURE\u00ae, le syst\u00e8me de correction acoustique brevet\u00e9 en Europe, cr\u00e9\u00e9, d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 et fabriqu\u00e9 par OCINEMA. Dissimul\u00e9 derri\u00e8re les finitions murales, il contribue \u00e0 ma\u00eetriser les r\u00e9flexions, les r\u00e9sonances et les basses fr\u00e9quences afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la pr\u00e9cision des dialogues et le confort d\u2019\u00e9coute.<\/p>

L\u2019installation sonore adopte une configuration Dolby Atmos 9.4.4 comprenant neuf canaux principaux, quatre caissons de basses et quatre enceintes int\u00e9gr\u00e9es au plafond. Cette architecture permet de cr\u00e9er une sc\u00e8ne sonore tridimensionnelle, avec des effets r\u00e9partis devant, autour et au-dessus des spectateurs.<\/p>

Les quatre caissons de basses apportent de la profondeur aux bandes-son tout en favorisant une meilleure homog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 du grave dans l\u2019ensemble de la salle.<\/p>

L\u2019\u00e9cran grand format et le syst\u00e8me de projection ont \u00e9t\u00e9 dimensionn\u00e9s en fonction du recul des assises et des proportions de la pi\u00e8ce afin d\u2019offrir une image immersive et confortable.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Les canap\u00e9s cin\u00e9ma en velours gris proposent des assises profondes adapt\u00e9es aux s\u00e9ances prolong\u00e9es. Leur finition sobre s\u2019int\u00e8gre \u00e0 une d\u00e9coration associant parquet en ch\u00eane, panneaux en bois lamell\u00e9 r\u00e9tro\u00e9clair\u00e9s et meuble audiovisuel r\u00e9alis\u00e9 sur mesure.<\/p>

Le ciel \u00e9toil\u00e9 et les diff\u00e9rents \u00e9clairages d\u2019ambiance permettent de cr\u00e9er plusieurs sc\u00e9narios : accueil des spectateurs, lancement du film, projection, pause et fin de s\u00e9ance. Les sources lumineuses sont int\u00e9gr\u00e9es afin de pr\u00e9server l\u2019obscurit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019image.<\/p>

Le meuble sur mesure regroupe les \u00e9quipements audiovisuels, les rangements, les passages de c\u00e2bles et les \u00e9l\u00e9ments techniques ventil\u00e9s. Cette int\u00e9gration \u00e9vite les appareils apparents et facilite l\u2019utilisation ainsi que la maintenance de l\u2019installation.<\/p>
